1. CONTINUOUS WEIGHT REDUCING RANGE 

Continuous Weight Reducing Machine is for Polyester and T/C blended Fabrics to be processed to open from to be crease marks free and to get even quality control of processing fabrics comparing with Batch system, and very easy operation system without special technics & experience.
           
2. CAUSTIC SODA PENETRATION ZONE

The prescribed caustic soda to be supplied into chemical bath will be penetrated evenly to the processing fabrics by 2-bowl squeezing padder of adjustable left right processing fabrics easily.

3. CAUSTIC SODA REACTION CHAMBER

This combined heating system is possible to make save energy than steam usage only.
 Driving rollers in the chamber are made of stainless steel for long life and rust free. The saturated vapor into the heating chamber makes same temperature condition to the processing fabrics.
Steam and Thermo oil circulation heating combined system specially designed to be Heating chamber can get high temperature, high weight reduction ratio and high speed of processing fabrics.
