Continuous Desizing Scouring & Washing

The scouring and rinsing machine features no occurence of creases and the precise interlocking control.
It requires small installation area, short installation time, and low consumption of water and steam, so it is a energy-saving type.

The machine is equipped with & a 572pai drum in the inside of the inlet tank ot minimize creases, which may occur when initially feeding fabrics, and to guide the fabrics smoothly.

The side plates of the rinsing bath are united with each other by presice laser machineing.
The outside bearings are protected by the special casing.
The tension of the fabrics are minimized by the guide roll.
Pneumatic control within the dancer makes it possible to do low-tension control.
The inside of the rinsing bath is of overflow type so that water is reduced.
The last outlet rinsing bath, which is of multistage type, is designed to make the best use of the water which flows downward.
Both strong rinsing effect can be obtained asfabrics are swayed in the flowing water. 
In addition, excellent water-saving effect can be obtained.
