--- Maximize the turning speed at " O " by installing inverter on 7.5kw of motor as power of main paper roll, and raise the product quality excellent by controlling the turning of paper roll and precise tension of fabric.

--- Accomplished the epoch - making processing speed of fabric from " O " to min/60yd by installing inverter on 11kw of strong main motor which is the major conveyor for fabric.

--- Improved the product quality by minutely adjusting the up and down press roll paper roll in processing fabric, RPM of paper roll, and tension of fabric without any error.

--- Every worker can frequently confirm a processing condition comfortably, or after the processing is performed in the only one direction.

--- No damage to the favric quality in all the process from processing to output as not force unresonable tension and droop fabric in conveying process, because motor will be operated by a constant tension from main rubber roll to output of fabric after the processing.

--- Design to simply and easily maintain, repair, and replace parts for the maximization of pitch effect and product quality requested by customer, because operator or worker can conveniently and readily control all the functions in running machine.

Every operator can confirm all the mechanical activities such as the processing speed of fabric and R.P.M of paper roll by the digits on the control panel at the operation place due to separation of main panel and control panel.

It produces the best quality - made product by maintaining a constant tension of fabric as well as to prevent any wrinkles of fabric, to improve drying effect and contractile effect of fabric.

***** Paper roll & Press roll *****

Operator or worker can adjust the minimal or maximal size of fabric on paper roll with ease by the up and down minute adjustment of press roll with the convenient replacement of paper from the paper roll.
