Comfit Machine

Comfit Machine can impart high elasticity to woven fabrics made of spun yarn containing thermoplastic fiber ; it can give soft hand like deershin ; it can also give luxious luster to woven and knitted fabrics.

In addition to these, the machine can be effectively used for anti - shrink finish on heavy weigh fab fabrics, which is difficult to obtatin on conventional shrinking machine.

----- Mechanism of COMFIT Machine -----

The main characteristics of COMFIT Machine are to give a strong pressuer at the contacting point between the heat roller and the rubber roller by the rubberroller onto the rubber blanket which is rotated endlessly to the direction indicated by an arrow in the below drawings.(Fig. - 2 : Our Line of COMFIT Machine)

During operation the rubber blanket is stretched at ther pres - sured point (d point in the Fig. - 1) and recovered to the original state at the next point of e as indi - cated in ther Fig - 1. 
This motion of stretching and shrinking on the rubber blanket is conveyed to the processed fabric and give on ther fabic the additional value re-quired.

Graph-1 shows ther date of shrinkage and stretch on ther sur-face of rubber blanket between when it is pressed up to the thick-ness of 30mm from the roighinal state of 50mm(shows x-x)and not pressed.(shows o.....o).
